I was that woman! My first introduction to coaching came as I was navigating some challenges in my own life. Coaching helped me begin my journey to a healthier lifestyle and later gave me the courage to quit my corporate job after 30 years to pursue my passion to become a Personal Trainer, Coach and Mentor.

I am extensively trained from the Certified Coaches Federation as a Life Coach. My diverse corporate and fitness backgrounds allow me to recognize and change harmful thoughts and behavior patterns. I will show you how to effectively manage your life with the focus on physical AND mental health.

As my client, together we will create a positive Wellness Plan focussing on your strengths and building on them to help you realize your Goals. My Life Coach Training and Health and Fitness Coaching has taught me to not only support and listen to you but also provide you with practical solutions and strategies to help you move on. Wellness Coaching does not focus on your past: Rather, it looks towards your future.

The Total Self Care Transformation program is designed to support you step by step through the journey with the right system, support and accountability so you get the transformation you deserve.

  • - An initial in-depth assessment review (in person, by telephone or through Skype - approximately 90 minutes)
  • - Standard or Customized Coaching package with choices of appointment frequency, length of program and method of contact

    Since change happens over time, the best coaching relationship involves a commitment of at least 3 months. This allows time for you to realize your goals, experience success, and overcome obstacles while still maintaining a sense of urgency toward your Wellness Plan goals. You will need to be an active participant both during and outside your sessions to create real progress.

    After the initial commitment, the coaching sessions can continue on a month to month basis or whichever frequency suits your Wellness Plan goals.

  • - A commitment to change. You have to commit yourself to doing the work both during and after the sessions. Take responsibility for your coaching experience.

  • - A commitment to homework. – Take responsibility for the agreed upon action steps we set for each session. The most growth is seen during the periods between sessions.
  • - Be honest & open. – Nothing we discuss will ever be repeated to anyone else. Although difficult and often unsettling, here is where the change happens!
